Looks like there is storage under the front rack, it pops completly off and there are little pockets ( not for much) and Polaris has an accessorie bags to fit in them. Also a lock an ride front storage box that holds 10% more then the intergrated box and is (claimed) dust proof and water proof (we'll see about that).

On another note the Touring will see a soft bag for the rear rack that will work with the passenger seat on and wraps around the rack.

X2 guys, Polaris will finally after 3yr offer a rear bumper.

Looking forward to seeing what that rear bumper looks like for the X2. Any ideas on a lead time for the rear X2 bumpers?

Why don't you guys looking for a X2 bumper get one from ATVGURU. He makes some really good looking rears for them. Everybody I know that have the X2's run his bumper.

To be honest, I was not real wild about the looks of guru bumpers. I went with the pure polaris front, and would like to get a pure polaris rear to match.

I know what ya mean, my parts guys found an old ATP rear bumper and bed extender and gave them to me. but nothing lines up to fit without doing some major fabing and it still won't look good.

I like the looks of this one so I will order one and a front brush guard finally too, alittle too late however. While in Montana my wife while driving the X2 rammed my mothers magnum 325 and chipped a chunk of plastic out of the front right where it's most fragile at the box hinge.

Thanks, REDBULL

That looks like a pretty good looking bumper. Be interesting to see how it all fits and works with the dump bed.

I agree wholeheartedly. Andy, does your dealership discount parts?

Not to put down the Pure Polaris stuff...but the brushguard they offer is not much more than just for looks. The Guru bumpers on my rig are going to hold up better than the actual frame on the front and rear. More function i.e. (Protection) than looks, but I think the look of the Guru's are better than most give credit for. Pictures don't do them justice! And no, this is NOT a paid endorsement. Just the facts. salute

I guess it all depends on whether you want a brush guard or a bumper. I just want a brush guard. I don't want a bumper that is incapable of absorbing any energy.

cc1999, Whats your impression of it? Any pics yet you could post? I called my dealer and they should have them in by next weekend. Just curious how they are mounted (main frame or off the dump box) and how solid they are.

Thanks,

Randy

Has to be mounted off the box to be able to tilt and open the gate.
ATV guru has a 2 piece rear bumper, 1 to the box and 2nd to the frame. Very good set-up!
I used them both several times today, dang newbies. 1 guy tried to turn around me and clipped my front and later a woman backed up towards me then floored it to go foward, forget she was in reverse, bam. My dad backed his CanAm into me also, broke his taillight. No damaged to the Guru bumpers!

I have not had a chance to do anything with it, When I bought the 09 Outy 800R last weekend in Colorado, I went out to the Cabin with the Popo in tow on a single place trailer, so since I wanted to bring the 800R home to start testing it out, and I only had my single place trailer with me, I ended up having to leave the X2 in the garage back in Colorado at the cabin. Its probably going to be a month or so before I get back out there.
