I ride an X2 that weighs over 800lbs. its registered as a class 2 but I ride it everywhere. No one cares how heavy just how wide it is. I've never seen them check engine size either.
So the XPs should be class 1. Razors are only 50"wide but a side by side class 2, they are at the legal width of 50" class 1 trail but not allowed because they are 2 seater.

I ride a X-2 it is over 800 pounds and is regestered as a class 1 but it should be a class 2 I talked to Jonny Law about it and he said no one would ever question the extra weight. But a RZR that is 50'' but over weight would be questioned. They are talking about a class 4 here. We have no CC restrictions here. Being as you do I'd say the dealer has to sell it as a class 2. If it was a class 2 here, you would have to be 16 and have a drivers license to ride it. Per the guidelines.
