the Popo ran fine yesterday til I shut it off. Now it has absolutely no power. No display - nothing. I searched for a circuit breaker as this seems to me to be the most likely culprit. The service manual says it is in front of the gas tank but I can't find it. I have the front plastics off but still can't identify it. Do any of you guys have any hints as to where to locate it? Pics would be greatly helpful if you have any. I searched for pics here but the only ones I found were for earlier models.

TIA

check the battery connections and also the connections on the solenoid which is above the left rear tire. wiggle the wires a bit and see if you get power back, if you do, there is your problem.

I removed & cleaned the batt terminals & did wiggle the connections at the solenoid - nothing. I did not take the connections at the solenoid completely off - I guess that's next

The ciorcuit breakers are either under the seat, or under the front rack. They are sealed in little black pouches about the size of a caramel square.
Shake the pouches, if you hear a slosh of water inside, that is almost certainly the problem breaker. You can replace the breaker by slitting the pouch open to gain access, and then re-sealing it with silicone.
