I use 6 Dics with 2 Lock Washer between each Dics. Thay setup works well with what I have on my Quad. It sounds good and works good.

UTU, when I talked to the W/B tech. he told me that 6 discs were for low end and 10-12 discs would increase your gain toward top end. I had 12 discs on at one time and it increased the noise level alot.

Hmmmm...I was considering spacing my discs with a few flat washers, but this sounds like a better idea, or perhaps some bellvue (sp?) washers.

i used little brass flat washers between my disks when i first got the muffler, but i looked at my sons white bros. equipet kawasaki with multiple disks and no spacer washers and thought it looked better, so i purchased more disks and removed the washers. performance diff., no, quieter, yes. personal pref., i guess.......stroker

Thanks stroker. I went ahead and bought 24 disks. I have a couple of riding buddies who also use the E series pipe. Plus, I am a pack rat who hordes spare parts for everything. Red Face

I got them here.
I have emailed them to see if they have any more available. Doing a quick search on ebay, I found a set for $65 Eek shipped. They were listed under Harley parts though.
