On my Hawkeye the choke will not stay at the position I set it at. When I pull it all the way out, it will slowly fall back down to about 1/3 out. The choke knob on the hawkeye is more vertical than the choke on the sportsman which pulls out horizontally.

What I want to know is how can I adjust, or can I adjust, the choke cable so that the choke stays where I put it?

Thanks.

wow, don't have a clue on that other than looking ay both ends of the cable housing to see if there is any adj. available, or possibly rerouting the cable assembly itself.....stroker

it is important to know what you know, but far more important to know what you don't know......
