Hey I was thinking of getting one f these to get an idea of what rpms I am turning.

I want to know how they mount. How they hook up, and if they work.

Let me hear your experiences.

I understand Cob has and I just ordered the commercial one from here

My Stealth already has a maintenance alert set at 50 hours(adustable), tach, trip, odometer, etc. Does this item from Cabelas do anything that is not already on the new Polaris Quads.

My 02 700 just has a built in maitenance tach in the pod that goes away when you shift into drive

Mine didnt. I am one of those people that like to know my rpms.

Like today I was cruising across the lake with the portable in tow. There was about 2-4 inches of snow depending on where I was, and the tires spin enough to raise the rpms. Now if I had it pegged it would be a lot higher than I would like it to.

I just want to get something that will give me an idea of where I am at.

SIDE_NOTE - I cannot at the moment afford a new machine with a tach, although if I had the money...

my 06 500 has the maint alert ,tach.,tripmeter
