My dealer is only carrying this type of oil. My X2 runs 0W40 and my XP calls for 2W50. Has the PS4 Plus taken the place of both. The dealer looked in his book today and it didn't even list 2W50.

Although my quart bottle of PS4+ doesn't say it, my owners manual says " PS4+ Performance synthetic 2w50. p 89 I think.

don't let the polaris hype get to you. any good syn. oil will work just fine. if a warrenty issue ever came up have polaris prove that a 2W50 oil is better than a 0W40. properly documented, they can't do it. JMHO......stroker

I agree Stroker. I just don't understand why they say run 0W40 in my 500X2 then 2W50 in the 550XP. I know some motors run different weights but they should make them both available if thats what the owners manual says. I have been running the Polaris 0W40 so I guess I will run the PS4 Plus which is now 2W50.
