A couple of our members have started a collaborative effort to make offset timing keys in .040" and .050" offsets. The keys are available for 600, 700 and 800 Polaris twins. Single cylinder keys are still in the experimental stage. The price of the keys are $13 each (shipped). Contact info for payment is below.

Need intstructions for those new timing keys, this writeup will help a great deal. Timing Key Install Procedures

ADD'L WARNING - What you won't find in the instructions is a warning about screwing your flywheel puller too deep into the threads of the flywheel. You just want to grab all the threads in the flywheel with your bolt. Screwing a bolt further into the flywheel past the threads can contact the stator and render it inoperable. It's not cheap fix, so be careful.
