Hello,

I have a 2004 Honda TRX250EX for my son. Are the front shocks adjustable? If so, how do I make them stiffer? Do I have to take the shocks off, do I need a specific tool or will channel locks do? Please explain as this is new to me.

Also, I believe the rear mono-shock is adjustable, but could someone please explain how to stiffen this one also?

If they are adjustable, you would not have to take the shocks off. Just check your owner's manual on how to adjust them, if they have that feature.

chip no the front shocks are not adjustable. unless you could get the spring compressed enought to install some sort of spacer between shock and spring
