i have a 2007 foreman bought it new in december and the coating is already peeling! it has never been pressure washed nor has it been introduced to any harsh chemicals. i have been in a battle with the dealer for about 2 months now and replacement does not seem to be in the near future. if for some reason the do warranty out the plastic is there anything i can do to keep the new plastic from peeling? and if not ill probably just blow the remaining film off and have a rare tan foreman. are there any special avenues, processes, or people i need to contact in order to get the issue handeled.

I have heard many complaints about the HONDU CAMO. Not sure where you would stand with that.

The Rincon's had a camo peeling recall direct from Honda. Mine was not effected as I had the updated camo. I am happy to say I have no issues whats so ever with my camo. I recently gave it a good goings over when I washed it, all camo intact.

Try calling a different Dealer to see if there was a recall for your model and year. If so you can pressure your dealer or take your business elsewhere.

It's a shame that you put your trust in a place, give them your money, then they turn around and slip it to you.
