i have no service manual where can i set the cam timing whats best? im at 3500 ft

I live in the Denver, Colorado area and ride at 7K-11K'. I did not retime the Outlaw only rejetted. Mine should have the same motor as you.

The Polaris book indicates it is jetted for 0-6000' from the factory.
