Enclosed trailer, out of sight, out of mind. I had my 3-Wheeler stored in my sisters garage. Kodiak when I 1st bought it, stayed in the back of my truck (with Topper on) till I bought a enclosed trailer. At the time I also had a storage garage rented to store my boat, I just got a bigger one to store both the boat and the enclosed trailer. Storage garage was on the outskirts of town, was worried about unloading from the truck to the rented space, as the reason for the enclosed. Anybody watching, only seen an enclosed trailer going in/out. If you do go this route, try and get a measurement of the clearance needed to fit a enclosed trailer in the rental garage, I had no more then 1/2" clearance from trailer roof to bottom of garage door. shock

I now have a land lease, and put a shed on it to store or park the ATV's.

I understand that you wanted to get your wife a quad, I hope you got lets of use and enjoyment out of it; however, I would think that in the situation you are in, storage should have been a consideration before buying the machine.

Storage facilities arent cheap, as you have already found out, but if you dont feel it would be safe in your neighborhood, then a storage facility might be your only solution.

A storage unit is another choice. I think Back2 stores his trailer in a storage unit for $50 a month. Just make sure its insured.
