A lot a people have been looking for a goggle that will keep sand and dust out while still keeping fog out. I wear contacts and have sensitive eyes so these may be the answer. Oakley has some that are specifically made for sand riding. Here is the link.

I also wear contacts, and yes dust and sand are recipe for itchy and irritated eyes. So-far I've been happy with the SCOTT 89XI goggles also got the light sensitive lens. About the only time I had them fog-up is when its in the 20-30s outside, and heavy activity. Been on some 75 to 100+ mile rides and look like the Peanuts character Pigpen at the end of the day, without problems. snoopy
