I'm up for a ride this weekend. We were looking at Red Cone but now undecided based on snow pixs of the area.

Where ya thinking about riding and what day?

I could do either day. But I can't leave longmont until 8:30 on sunday. Didn't really have a place in mind. Was kinda toying with the idea of C.C. before it becomes a winch fest.
How far is Redcone? I didn't get a chance to do bill moore lake/empire loop or saxon mountain, lamartine.
Anything's possible.

I've not had the opportunity to ride that area and may have to wait until next year if the snow stays up at that elevation.

It's a procedure we have done when we don't want to have any more "little ATV's".

If you guys want to do some serious car pooling, my trailer is available! Unfortunately I'm not able to ride for a couple weeks and then I still need to take it easy as to not tear open my new incisions.

I would be up for the car pooling, if someone has a truck big enough to pull it. I think my 4 cyl 5 speed ranger is about done. I may be looking for something bigger after Christmas.

Shawn, Do you pull your's in a trailer or put it in the truck bed? If you use a trailer, I can pull it if you can get down to 136th & I-25. If not I have a two sled trailer that holds two easily and 3 in a pinch.

Is Saturday at Red Cone area on the Montezuma side the plan?

I would be interested in going ridding on Saturday if that's the decision. What time are you wanting to leave? Red Cone or Billmore Lake sounds good to me

how long is red cone from pueblo?

It's about 140 miles according to Mapquest and that's just from Pueblo to the wide spot in the road called Webster!

shoot thats no worse then me going to four mile. what day? and my grizz is jetted for 8000ft whould it be ok up there? is it sat or sunday?

8,000 is right by my house in Evergreen You should consider 9-11K jetting or buying a Dial-a Jet

Let me recalibrate my EFI for that altitude & then I'm in.
