So far about $350 spent, but still need to get a front rack extension, hand warmers and a rear cargo pack.

I've heard about doing this with plastic interior trim for automobiles. Never seen it done before, but it seems to work well.

I've done that to plastic kayaks too. As long as you're carefull, it works really well.

Very nice. You can definitely see the craftsmanship at work as you are working the flame.

I may have to "rebuild" the plastic on my scratched up eye sore and see if it turns it into a shiny green eye sore. ROFL
