Rode Bunce today. The gate to Middle Saint Vrain trail is FINNALLY open. Coney Flats was way nice. 2thumbs
Measured 25" deep. Not epic for some parts of the country. But pretty nice in Colo.

On another note the Longmont paper, this morning, said a lady was air lifted out of Bunce School road. Said she rolled her quad. Probably a Grizz. Opps, did I say that?
Seriously, Hope shes ok!
That place just can't stay out of the news this year.

First off, yes, I hope that she will be OK.

Second, where are the pics?

25 inches sounds plenty deep to me.

I rode Bunce again on Sunday the 22nd. The Middle St. Vrain was closed then. I was hoping to ride that trail for the first time.

You mean 25" of water ? How many crossings like that are there on the trail?

Dave......

You forgot to mention the uncertain bottom and the currents! That's what makes the three miles so much fun! ROFL

Wait till snow melts enough to ride the back side of YANKEE DOODLE LAKE, that is real stream riding experience.

Don't forget to mention the tides at the water crossing. I heard it swallowed up a few motorcycles and a couple of sport quads.

So when does low tide hit here more than a mile above sea level? ROFL

I have been looking at the Jenny Creek Trail since we moved here and can't wait to go on a ride up it. I deffinatly want to make that ride this summer or early fall.

Gotta get down to 24" for a sport quad, that would make the water too close for getting up and over my moto-x boots. Still room to clear the air box though! Wink

I don't wanna get wet or dirty when I ride. Big Grin
