Is there a place to fill fresh water tanks near Taylor Park?

How about a place to dump black/gray water?

Fees for either?

You can get water at the Trading Post there is a tap and a hose at the end of the split rail fence by the gas pumps. You can fill all you want. There is a dump station up the road as you are going towards Tin Cup, I forget how much it is to use it but it isn't much.
