good review, 2 things that caught my eye. 1- limit straps, i've been looking at how to make some for my SP700. Does Ed have some already made up? 2-does he have anything in the works for the Sportsman?

Chico, he does not have any for the Sportsman yet, but I can contact Ed, and see if we can get something in the works.

Let me ask, On the sportsman what would you look for, stiffer suspension? increase GC? We all know how soft the front suspension is so I know these shocks would help that alot.

I ll check on the limit straps.

LaMigra, i already have a 2" lift on the front and a 1 1/2" on the back (Rubberdown), so GC isn't my problem. More control (stiffer)is what im looking for. my back shocks are set on the middle setting now. but they still squat when i hit the gas hard. really interested in the limit straps. have already poped the right rear axle out once, trying to keep from doing it again.

I had the EPIs on my 2006 800 they did the job. I bought them after reading ELKBOW and several others reviews. It was because of my experience with them that I recommended them. Nothing wrong with shopping.

Here is what Ed said;

"The polaris has struts on the front.I might could come up with a stiffer spring but that would be about it.

The limiter would have to be made custom per bike the one I had made will only fit the outlander.If the guy has a rope & sling co. close by they could fix him up.THX. Ed"

Hey Cob, does EPI have a website? I wouldn't mind check them out.

Do the Works shocks offer any height adjustment? I need about another inch in the front. Not looking for mudding type GC.

THe EPI's will help Cisco, but with the lift kit, he would still need a strap or limiter i would think.

I don't know about ground clearance with the Works Shocks....The Crutch's will raise ground clearance for sure in the front and the back...
\The works are designed to OEM specs...I think
