Brian at Romney Cycles in West Virginia made it happen for me. This is my first 4 wheeler. (I usally stick to 2 wheels) I will post some pics saturday. I would like to know what I should do to make sure the atv runs smooth and last long. I saw somewhere were a guy made a cover so that water would get in air box? Please offer advice thanks

Might not be a Brute if it don't have a cover on the air box. Or maybe they kept it and they reduced the price. Shrug Big Grin

Yes, it's a Brute Force 750. ATVer, it has a cover. I read that some times you can still get water in it if you hit shallow water.

Wow...that seems like a great price for a Brute. Really great machine. Hard to believe the cover lets in water, if that were true, Rockon would have been flooded a bunch a couple weeks ago, we crossed several fairly deep water crossings, at a decent speed, so lots of spray.

What color did you get?

I haven't taken her swimming in a lake but, She's been thru some decent water crossings for Coborado. No water ingestion yet.
Did a confirmed 25" at a place called Coney Flats. So far so good. Thumbup

Assuming a Prairie-like configuration, Harlemknight, I'd say--fear not!

The air intake snorkel's up near the steering head; should you splash some water in there (unlikely), your air box has a drain with one-way flapper valve to expunge the moisture before it might enter the throttle bodies; themselves behind the air filter, I'd imagine (hey, I'm an old-school carburetor guy; what do I know about fuel injection?).

My Prairies were good swimmers; I'd expect no less from your Brute.

I have a couple guys I ride with about everytime I go riding and they both have 700 Prairies and both have problems with the right fron tire tossing water up into the intake. They are good machines light lots of power and do swim well but that is their only complaint.

Not identical, but VERY similar. Shorter snorkel. But covered with a splash cap. Still right up by the steering head.

I haven't done the extreme mud like the guy on kawiecentral was talking about. I guess it just depends on how deep you go.

Super price.
The dealers here still have a bunch of the '07BF750's @ $6710, they are not going to sell at that price.
