IS it normal to to be able to move the wheel in and out? Like the upper a arm bushings have slop in them?

normal if they have slop in them, not normal if tight

If you notice my post from earlier today I had the same problem. The lower control arm bushings seem nice & tight, and the left upper is good. But the right front upper is getting loose.
Ordered these yesterday. We'll see how they look when they get in.

Good job BTW for shaking your wheels. A critical check IMO. Thumbup
