Had a good ride today. Also had the honor of having Doug Morris, ATVA Director, along with us on the ride today.

During the winter sometimes we stay close to Albuquerque, which means desert type rides, as the mountains have way too much snow until late April/May timeframe. Although a bit dusty, still fun going on and riding in the desert.

Unfortunately, as I was shooting photo's, only one pic of the brute by itself and didn't make it in the group pic Big Grin

Nice pictures,
I like the trees here in Ky, but I do miss the desert. It has a beauty that if a person hasn't been there, they will never know, It's not like driving through it on the freeway, out west I believe this was a week trip from Mexico to Riverside in California. And if you look real hard, you can see my snake stick,

to tell you the truth, its one of my least favorite places to ride, but works during the winter since we have alot of snow in the mountains...

temp yesterday got up to i believe 74 degrees, nice day for riding, a bit windy, but not bad overall...

yesterday a woman was killed on an ATV, not where we were, but other side of mountains, apparently two people, guy driving, going to fast, no helmets i believe, rolled it or went off the trail and then rolled, not sure of the details yet....what i heard is possible charges against the guy
