Well we went to Red River ATV Park today and got sunk, stuck, and covered in muck. I lost my phone while hanging upside down trying to release the winch spool.
Elky, we are going to have to disagree on these wheels.. I have never gotten so dirty in my life. I am going back to stock wheels and 25" horns after this debacle. I wasn't there 5 minutes and gave it one blip crossing a section. It rained muck and wet mud on me. These 108's stick out too far. I measured offsets against stock wheels and the stock wheels look like about 6.5" backspace and the ITP's are about 4.25". The bike stalled once which makes about 9 times since I bought it. I would like to get it fixed but I am afraid I would get the dumb stare from the dealers...

nice pic, i never said the wheels won't fling mud, thats obvious, they stick out further than stockers, when you're going through mud like that, going to happen...

if you go back to stock wheels, will have to run a narrow tire, wider tires will come close or rub the tie rod, depending on how wide...

thats not that much mud, go over to highlifter if you want to see mud lol

I am use to the nice dry ride my well fender flared Rincon provided stock. I don't know why all brands won't use a good soft extra coverage fender flare. They are optional for the Bomb.
The floor boards also held soup like a bowl. I am going to drill them out or something!
Reread our posts here. I specifically asked if they will sling mud on me. You said no and that is why I went ahead and bought them.

Tell me this runny soup shouldn't pass right through the floor board. I had to scoop it out by hand.

My 08 Floor boards don't look like that or am I looking at that Pic wrong.
You may try a set of the 0verfenders, I have them now on my '08BF750, had them on the '07 Too.
I am using the 25" Bighorns & the ITP SS106 wheels, my Bighorns do NOT extend out pass the overfenders, they are still just a bit tucked in under the overfenders.
Of course we don't have much mud here other from snow melt but charging thru a stream crossing with these Overfenders I do not get wet.

Whats the deal with the fence?? One land owner allows riding, the other not?? One side has a trail, the other does not. Just curious!

in that kind of mud, it won't run through, that looks like clay, like we have here in New Mexico and when it sits under the mud like yours did, thats what makes it stay there...

the bottom patterns of the footwells on the 08 are same as previous years...and those look the same as my 08 footwells...

when you turn your tires, mud will fling up more of course

These are from our Taylor Park CO trip. He was all proud on his brand new 800 Bomb. 20 miles into the first day his fuel pump overheats and the bike dies. I had to tow him 20 miles back to camp with my trusty Rincon! He spent the rest of the weekend on a rental 300cc PoPo solid axle, lol!
