I didn't take any pics sorry for that. We had to take a large tree limb off a tree that was leaning over the house. So I ran a strap from the limb to the ATV ready to pull it clear from the house as it fell. We back cut the limb and started a top cut then decided to break it off with the pull. So once the guy on the ladder with the saw was clear I loaded up and it broke loose with blip of the throttle. Then I rolled in it pretty heavy to pull the limb clear of the valuables. It did the task perfectly and dropped the limb where I wanted it in the yard. I didn't have any of my trailers with me so I just loaded the logs onto the racks about two feet high and strapped them on. It was a little tippy and top heavy on the off camber stuff, lol!

We'll see how it does tomorrow when I go to clean up some old fencing debris off the ranch. I'll probably use the F250 to jerk the big stuff loose. I'm not to keen about taking a clevis or T post to the back of the head... Slap

Well it was a long hard day on the land. I give myself a kick in the pants for leaving my 2" ball at home for the ATV. So I had to drive the F250 through the trees to gather up old fencing and logs. I don't know where it went to either Shrug

Oh well time to copy Dave once again with a new 1.25" piece Wink

I did pull a few broken tree limbs out and move a few long logs with it. The bike did everything fine and in high range none the less.
I hoped to get to haul the 5x10 trailer with junk in it though. It saves me from having to drag my truck through the stuff. I must get the hitch thing squared away! I am using a MadDog 2" receiver piece right now but it sticks out too far allowing a lot of leverage against the frame.
Jerking little twigs isn't really work especially when there are no snakes in the pile Frown Gotta keep the ag exemption current somehow..

I got a decent collection of old rusty barbed wire and T posts and a few more logs for the fire. I'll call the boys and have a good burn party soon.

Be careful with barb wire and horses. Just don't mix.

Go out to SouthFork and get some of those Longhorns and turn 'em loose, or go to Ft. Worth stockyards and get some of the Longhorns they drive around the block. Call the assessor when they are turned loose! devil

Driving T posts will make a man out of you, lol. The old guys just push them in with a tractor bucket. When I started I could only bang 2-3 at a time without rest. Now I can handle 8-10 in a stretch. I have to get better at rolling out wire though. I get a good run then catch my darn leg with the spool! ouch. I am thinking of getting an ATV mounted sprayer for weed control this year.

well I found my hitch in my enclosed trailer. Just in time for a grueling day of yard work at home. Oh my gosh the rain and wind has me beat. Almost, I filled up my 5x10 trailer 4 times with bundled brush and recycle bags. We filled up 19 lawn bags with leaves and such before we ran out of daylight. We got ten out of the front yard the week before... I'll get around to pulling stumps and such next weekend.
As for how it pertains to the Kawi..
The rear cable actuated brake is very weak when it comes to stopping a load. Hydraulics would have been nice. I did use low range to get it moving around the yard. High did the job but it did seem labored. I assume the load was about 800-1000 lbs which is still under the rated max load of 1200 lbs. Empty weight of the 5x10 is an estimated 600 lbs.
With the EBC fork removed I did not notice any adverse affects other than coming to a complete stop with some speed built up. Creeping around the lawn it did not require any more brake than normal.
The rear IRS squatted pretty good but I have some to expect this in all IRS machines. The turning angle was very good with the Mad Dog hitch. I could cut it pretty good without hitting the tires on the trailer tongue.

The pick up folks should be real tickled with me tomorrow morning. They don't list a max number of items for green pickup. It is all bundled and set out per their guidelines.
