hi got a 07 366 and the foot brake on the right side stays down when i use it, i have to manually pick it up so it does not drag,, any suggestions?

First off, Welcome to the site viclor. Thumbup
Did you check the return spring? Is it still attached & have good tension?
Then check the cable. Make sure it slides freely and smooth. Mud or rust can make it bind.
Cable lubers are a good idea. Thanks for the reminder, I need to lube my cables.

i see only 1 spring it looks small and goes to a plastic plunger, maybe a brake light? where would the bigger spring go?

This is a 360 Praire right?
If so, should be a spring on the rear diff. Where the brake cables go.
Does the Left hand brake move smoothly?

yes the left brake works freely and the right one also, just the foot brake stays down and i have to pull it up,,,thanks
