I got the winch wired up. I wanted to build a custom switch panel but I just used the stock one for now. I got a longer bolt for the handlebar clamp and used it as a stud to mount the Warn switch. It is tucked up nicely under the bar well protected and out of the way. I also mounted the Warn backup light switch in the console trim. I found some insulated switch covers at the local hardware store. It was a GB product.

I like that location. What is that other toggle switch to the right?

I agree with you regarding location, Justin; looks like the winch control switch is near the left thrumb, accessible with both hands on the bars, useful when both the throttle and the winch are needed for extraction.

LOL thanks I completely skimmed over that and it didn't register. Smile Yes the way mine is right now, my left hand has to be off the grip to operate the winch. I am going to have to look moving it just in case I need to really drive and winch at the same time.
