Me and one of my kids took a 90 jaunt today. Good to get out of the snow and mud for at least a little while. My Brute did the 90 miles on a tank of fuel. Impressed I am!! Conditions were about perfect, hardpacked primitive road, cool temps, up to 60 mph but mostly 35 to 45. He was riding my 02 Prairie. Nairy a hiccup!! He had to gas at 70 miles.

good deal, 90 miles is a long ways, but if you are cruising on dirt roads, can go pretty far, i ran my polaris 700 to 86 miles one day and those takes are just over 4 gallons, so was pretty happy, and we weren't just riding logging roads, we were doing alot of trails too

From what I've learned from QS, the older ones actually hold a little more fuel then the new ones, because the pump is inside the tank on the new ones. I didn't run it out, so might of been able to get real close to a hundred miles.

IMO...Anything above 15 mpg on a big bore is great.. I have not tested my outtys yet, but would guess that they will not do as well as the Brute on fuel effiency...
