I have had quite a few stalls on this new bike. It is usually when cold on a first accel then coming to a full stop. The last two days it did it warm. It is always when coming to a stop or chopping the throttle. I am afraid the dealer will claim ignorance or say it is EFI they can't adjust anything. I lived with Rincon stalling I learned to keep on the throttle a little when stopping etc.
I contribute it to the primary opening too slowly on decel. Or something similar where the belt is keeping a load on the engine at closed throttle and it dies. It takes some throttle to fire it again. Otherwise it cranks too long like 20-30 seconds before it fires. With throttle it catches in 3-5 seconds.

I also got a few backfires up the intake when stabbing it from a stop.

We rode out at Pawnee grasslands yesterday. The Brute seems to be running pretty good. Not sure what I could advise about the stalling.
I have noticed a stall if I blip the throttle when stone cold. Once she's warm that symptom goes away.
Also it takes the ECU about 2-3 seconds to poll the sensors and calculate base fuel before startup. I just wait for the FI light to go out before cranking.

A few have reported Faulty Check valve at the Fuel tank which lead to Stalling on the '08.
Allow computer to "boot" before trying to start like Rock on Suggested.
