I was gonna order OEM parts but decided to try EPI's repair kit. I'll let ya know how they work out.

The EPI kit is on back order. Installed Kawi parts for now. The dealer supplied them for free. I asked if I could do the labor.
The upper control arm pivot (frame end) has a needle bearing on the forward end and a ball joint to the rear. The ball joint seems to be the weak link in the chain. The bearing babbit came out giving the ball to much free play.

Last time I let ATVer ride my quad. Big Grin
