I picked up a car hauler trailer and it needs a new floor. I would like somehting that will last forever, zero maintenance, and can handle the weight of a vehicle or several ATV's, and not cost a fortune to buy. all the wood trailers I've seen look like crap after a couple of years so I would like to stay away from wood unless there is a way to seal it up and make it last.

Do you have any Surplus Stores in your area? Coleman's here in Pa. have bridge decking. At work we get a lighter grade then the bridge decking, but made the same for repairing or fabricating catwalk type of platforms, for man use not equipment. I don't know the grade or weight capabilities, something you'd have to check into.

treated wood planks is the way to go, easy to replace if needed and will look better longer than rusty steel. aluminum would be best but $$$
