My 1 nephew has a local Chevy Dealer salesman as a tenant. He took him for a test drive of the SS with the V8 6 speed manual last weekend. My nephew a Camaro nut, has a '69. From what he said this 2010 SS is something else.

Well it's Sunday evening, and he gave him the keys to a LT V6 with the auto 6 speed (just to drive around for the night). He brought it bye to show me. I can say anybody 6'3" or over is gonna have a hard time being comfortable in this thing. There is no headroom, my head was right against the liner, kinda tilted to the moon roof opening. I didn't drive it, just sat in the driver seat.

When you think about it, whose the likely buyer??? Football & Basketball Players. They ain't gonna fit.

Probably not going to matter after the new owners of the company get through with it.. Probably will be running on windpower and unicorns.... ha ha...

I looked at SVT Mustang Cobra in 2003. I had similar issues and the reason I ended up back in a SUV.

That is why I liked the SVT Lightnings. All the performance, yet the comforts of a truck.
I have to go with a Corvette when I look at any cars. The value and performance is all there. I think they are more comfortable as well. They made the truck too tight on the new Camaro. Car and Driver describes the trunk as slipping a letter in a mail slot.
