Sorry--but just can't see the point of burnouts. I mean, if you lock the front brakes, what does it prove?? Sorta like skating around on ice. Now if the rear tires are given a chance to provide bite, and you got enough power to smoke the tires, thats neat! Like NASCAR's with 800hp able to break the rear tires loose at 100mph, thats neat--or the dragsters trying to get the power to the ground without smoking the tires at 230mph, thats neat! but to just lock the front brakes--nah!! Color me fuddy-dutty!! devil or when (before it was discovered it was dangerous)throwing down a couple of gallons of gasoline, throwing down a match, and peeling a dragster through the flames--that was NEAT!!

I dident wach the video but I let it start and Ive seen it before. Theres a couple other videos of it on the net. Its in Austrailia and its called the Bandag Bullet. It belongs to a tire retreading company and they use tit to show off there retread tires and keep them selves in buisnes. If ya search for Bandags web site I balive there are a couple other videos and the specs for it on there site. I hate to try and remember the HP numbers but its a LOT. It has a pair of 2 stroke detroits that have been hevily modified(bombed).

If you have seen those torn off half or 3/4 whole chunks of truck tire tread beside the highway or in the travelled portion of the lane, you've seen a Bandag.
I'm with XS, scrubbing the front brake in order to turn tires into smoke is a lame way to impress the beer-and-bug-zapper enjoying set.

That was pretty good Voo, but I think this one shows what true power is all about.

Burn out I mean just look at the amount of smoke this guy is getting out of that rear tire. Big Grin

Having COB as a friend is like peeing your pants, everyone can see it, but only you can feel the true warmth.
