Quite honestly this goes beyond wanting to help my fellow forum members. I am hurting for money really bad and need to sell this trailer. I dont want to, but the situation I am in it needs to go. Price is negotiable, but for reasonable offers only.

I have reduced the price from $4000 down to $3500. I am getting evicted out of my house in 6 days if I cant come up with the rent money. Please help me sell this trailer.

Good for you. That's exactly the trailer I'm looking for but way too far away to consider. I saw your ad but didn't want to say anything if I'm not able to complete a deal.
