PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit challenging Barack Obama's qualifications to be president.
U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick on Friday night rejected the suit by attorney Philip J. Berg, who alleged that Obama was not a U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible for the presidency. Berg claimed that Obama is either a citizen of his father's native Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia after he moved there as a boy.

Obama was born in Hawaii to an American mother and a Kenyan father. His parents divorced and his mother married an Indonesian man.

Internet-fueled conspiracy theories question whether Obama is a "natural-born citizen" as required by the Constitution for a presidential candidate and whether he lost his citizenship while living abroad.

Surrick ruled that Berg lacked standing to bring the case, saying any harm from an allegedly ineligible candidate was "too vague and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters."

B-Ho the Muslim Racist, will cause irreparable harm if he is qualified. I guess that's why the judge says it makes no difference!

Hi Hugger, it is really good to see you. Smile

There is something terribly wrong with this Obama fella. Don't you wonder WHO IS financing, protecting and promoting him to the degree they are. He is so blatantly just an empty suit with a real talent for reading off a tele prompter and making it sound sincere. I have a real bad feeling about what is going on in every branch of our government.

Some days I consider pulling what money I have and burying it in the yard in a coffee can. Eek I mean, my gosh, EVERYTHING is so messed up, or appears to be. Shrug

We as voters have a right to see his birth certificate! There are way too many questions surrounding this guy.

Hello Annie...and Jerry, excuse me for not saying hello to you. I'm sooo fired up over this election that I can't think or sleep.

Who is backing him? I don't know exactly but it is someone that will use him to do us all harm, that is for sure. He is just a front man.

Combine that with Bozo Biden's comment about how he will be "tested" and (the scary part) we may not think the way they handle it is correctly at first. What the hell does that mean? Iran will nuke us and they will surrender. They sure aren't for fighting, that we all know. He's is friends will everyone that hates America, what it stands for and the real Americans in it.

I REALLY believe that if B Hussain Obama wins we are in for some real ugly times. Real ugly.

I am fighting, well as much as I can right now so I don't have to do real fighting later. I volunteered at the local Republican HQ's. I answer the phones there a few hours every day. On election day I have a list of 28 people that I am picking up and taking to the polls to vote. We call and ask who they are voting for, if they reply McCain we ask if they need a ride to the polls. I already have their addresses in my GPS to make it easy. Mostly older people that no longer drive. I am also putting up signs and handing out info about B Hussain Obama everywhere I go. I live in a strong Democratic area, steelworker have been brainwashed into voting for him, UPS and many other unions in the area. many of these people only know what their union newsletter tells them and the main stream media. They have no clue who he really is....only that he is a Democrat and not Bush.

I will keep up the fight and if it turns to real fight I will be in that one too.

I did meet Todd Palin last Saturday when he stopped in at the campaign HQ. And he sat at our table at lunch, a real great down to earth guy.

Don't ever give up.
