During my time in the military I have traveled all thru Europe. Kids start drinking anywhere from 14 and up. They are raised on it like it was milk and they are responsible with it. They know the consiquences are much stiffer over there then in the US. So I think it is all dependent on how people are raised. If we had more responsible parents then yes but if everyone wants to keep listening to Dr. Phil then know.

I agree Annie. For such a topic to be discussed in a pretty tame manner is pretty dang good. Maybe better around a campfire with some S'Mores but this will have to do for now.
