Is there something in this cryptic wording that means "don't buy me"?

This auction is for a brand new authentic copy of full Nero 8.2 Essentials OEM CD in a sealed sleeve with the seller’s random

choice of a hardware. A small piece of any unfunctional hardware will be included in the package to comply with ebay

OEM software policies. This software does not obtain the same functionality as Ultra version. No box included. E-manual

instruction can be found under help section within the CD cocntents. Factory printed serial number is placed on the sleeve.

EOM versions are for distribution with a new PC. They could cost as little as $2 to a legitimate seller. The OEM license agreement usually states only to be sold with a computer. The non-fictional hardware deal might be an attempt to circumvent the license to the seller!

With the downloaded version Nom Nwero being $80, this sounds shaky.

btw-my 8-year old Dell's motherboard died. Waiting on a new one. Had to get Vista and looking for a new Nero.

I upgraded to Nero 8. Pretty good but during install I let it do the default associations.

I should have picked what I wanted.... Now I'm too lazy to go back through....
