Williams Ranger District Extends Travel Management Comment Period Again

Managers of the Kaibab National Forest have once again decided to extend the deadline for receipt of comments on the Williams Ranger District Travel Management Proposed Action (PA). All comments on the document, which can be viewed online at www.fs.fed.us/r3/kai/travelmanagement, are now due by June 20, 2008.

The Williams Ranger District is preparing a Travel Analysis Report, which will provide a complete review of the motorized transportation system on the district and will discuss in detail the basis for any proposed changes to that system recommended in the PA.

We are starting to see this crap down here as well ...with the Closing of Broken Bow next year... I am sick of these tree hugging yuppies.. LaMigra and our group are trying everything we can to find places to ride and keep others open.............
