Does anyone have a source for replacements besides a dealer? OR a fix they made so they last and or work and dont tear up the fender where they mount?

That's a pretty old quad. Are you even able to find replacement parts for it? I know that when I had a 1987 Honda 200sx, I couldn't easily find parts for it.

The parts can be gotten from a dealer but they get $42.00 each for a plastic mudflap that breaks in the first winter. I've spent all I'm going to on those. This machine is 21 years old and it runs as good as the day I bought it. On this alone I'd HAVE to get another Suzuki if I ever were to get a new Quad. I use this thing for Deer hunting, Ice Fishing & trail riding. My buddy and I have the same quads and we see no end to our days of riding them.

They sure knew how to make them back in the 80s 20 year old bikes running stronger then ever and never been opened.
