Guys and Gals

Have any of you had experience with slip on's or exhaust systems for the KQ 700? I am currently thinking about adding one to ours early next year. I have experience on this subjuect with Polaris and Can Am quads , but not Suzuki...

I am looking for one that has a good deep sound, not too loud and adds decent HP...

Right now, I am leaning towards Wileyco, because I have had two of their systems in the past and they sound really nice and the dB levels stay below 95 or so...

THX

I got a neighbor with an 05 KQ700. He put a HMF, I'm pretty sure, and it sounds good. Personally, I think the KQ and the grizzly are too loud even in stock form. But the HMF didn't really make it anymore annoying than it was stock Wink

THX ATVer... I got word from a Buddy that putting a slip on a single 700 would be a mistake,, since it would be waaaayyy to loud and annoying ...so I have bailed on this plan..

You just might wait until your KQ is all broken in at about 1,500 miles and with that new VDI all dialed in you could be supprised,....besides you would not want your bride going by you at 65 mph with a loud pipe,...might flame your chin whiskers. Wink Big Grin

VOODOO, I had ordered a Supertrapp IDSX, and it came in wrong, so the company sent me a Mudslinger in it's place. It's really deep, but it doesnt take much to make it start singing. It's rated at 96db. Not really that lod till you goose it, then it starts to rack.

I think I'm gonna like it.

The HMF Swamp Series is supposed to be stainless, baffled not packed and near stock dB with the quiet core.

Good deal... Welcome to the site ...
The big single cylinder machines like the 700 will tend to be a little loud with a aftermarket pipe.... but, it sounds so good..
Congrats...
