can any body tell me why my brake stay on when I trun the key on to start it I have check every thing and

**Brake Light is on when the Keyed switch is turned on**,......I would say that you need to check the rear brake (down by your right foot) on/off switch and adjust the tension on the spring actuated control arm,...if that don't work, look at the hand brakes on the handle bars and check that the micro switch is clicking on/off with the hand break,...see if that helps.
