I have an (almost) new Aaen Performance Power pipe for an '07 Polaris Sportsman 800. I had it on for less than an hour when the DW decided it had to go as it's obviously louder. Pipe performs as advertised, I just decided to return to the stock can to make her happy. The pipe comes with the spark arrestor and required heat shield plus an additional turn down pipe they made for me to accommodate a tubular rear bumper. Paid $513, going for $425 OBO. Sorry, no sticker, it's on my trailer! Read more here:

Well, I liked most everything about it. It struck me that was someincrease in power - not rip you off the seat kinda ncrease, but some. It is, however, significantly louder which is what the wife objected to. I noticed that when wearing my helmet, at certain rpm's the resonation inside was fairly loud as well. Overall, nothing wrong with the pipe but I need to keep momma happy!

Dave, do you remove the second exhaust. Have an 05 800 with the dual exhaust and was wondering how hard it is to remove the second can.

ColoradoFlyer,
It's not that hard to remove the second can. Might take 10 mins tops, if I remember correctly. I've got a 05 too and I'm pretty happy with the results. Good luck.
