The old saying "You get what....."

It may be a good starter bike for her, just to see if she will like it or not.... It would be better than spending $3500 on a Name Brand and then find out She does not like quadding...

I hear that the lil girl has most of the money to buy it herself. She's proud of the fact that she can. I think the dad wants a X2 for the Wife and him but wants to help get his daughter's first.. I just hope it ain't a piece of junk for the lil girls first big buy.

We bought one similar for our 6 year old and he just loves it. It needs to be jetted down for here still as it has no power at all but he loves to go on rides. I have to tow him up hills when we are above about 8,000 ft in the mountains and he can't get a run for the hill. He then runs around till he gets to the next hill and waits for the next tow. I am afraid to rejet for him as he is a dare devil. When we get home, he likes to work on it himself. One problem we had was the rims didn't hold a bead very well when we let the air down less than 15# and with 600# springs on it, we had to run the tires down so I bought tubes for it. The engine is based on a Honda CT-110 and the next thing we will do is get a bigger carb as the one that came with it is very small, which doesn't help with power either.

It is deffinatly not worth much more than the $600 we paid but it is good for a kid who wants to learn how to ride and wrench on his/her own machine.

Another short coming, which can be considered a safety issue, is that the welds are questionable at best. We occassionally have to restitch it back together here and there. Just make sure that they look it over well after each ride. Someday, I may let the little one run the welder then he will have one more skill in his pocket.

A friend got 2 of them not sure if they are the same or not. Had the wheel issue so you have to run a lot of air which makes them bounce and tippy. Then one of them the chain keeps coming off for no reason the other one doesn't. It is not a speed demon but has lots of power. They offered to let my son ride one I said no way. Too tippy for me they are always unside down for one reason or another. BUT they are not exactly like the one pictured so it may not be a issue. I picked up a used Kasea 90 for $800. been running it hard with no issues, and I do mean hard. Kasea is a early China quad so ??????????? Good luck with what ever they end up with. Watching your kids leard to ride is worth every penny

Ours is not very tippy as the front wheels are about 8 inches wider than the rears and fairly low to the ground. I was pretty surprised although our youngest has found ways to get off camber in the woods and tip it over when he goes for the high side of the trail. He never does it going very fast so he doesn't get hurt but he gets embarassed laying under the machine so he is learning how to handle it a bit better.

It is deffinatly priceless watching them learn to ride and having fun working on the machines since it becomes their responsability to maintain, even at 6 years old.

I even make the boys do special chores around the house or at the neighbors to earn gas money if they want to ride. I know, "what a mean dad!" ROFL

Looked at the page, and got quite a hoot out of the 90 just after the 110. Says the front and rear breaks--maybe a-what do you call it??-a Freudian slip?? Might be a candidate for Leno's headlines!!
