So any one have any recommendations for new wheels and tires for my wheeler? Let me know what you think? A friend of mine used tirewiz.com - sounds like he's a nice guy. I really like these wheels ..

I still have the beautiful gray stock wheels that came on it, I get a lot of comments on them, but never nothing positive. Big Grin

Hey Voodoo....do you want to sell your factory wheels?

MG, I have those on my CannedHam. The fronts have taken a beating on the rocks. They have their scars. They are a good looking wheel. I would not get them if riding in the rocks is your thing(just because of scarring nice looking wheels). Mine came on the quad when I bought it.

I have a set of BigHorns for every quad I own. By far the best tire I have found.

In mud, they are not worthless but you do have to keep your wheel speed up pretty good to keep them cleaned out, or they tend to pack up with mud and offer little traction when that happens. If power is not paramount I have recomending the 26s, do to the extra hight gives you a little extra ground clearance, and the rider tires offer a little more rim protection, but they are about 4-5lb heavier than the 25s are.

I agree CC.... The horns are not too bad at all in moderate mud, but the smoothest on the trail....

I still like the black tork wheels...
I'd have a set if I didnt ride where they will get all scratched up!!
I do like them though.. Maybe get them for an extra set when not riding rocks and sand...

Yep, they do look good on there.. On both yellow and red....
I've always preferred the black wheel over chrome... The black just gives it a different look...
Nice Voodoo..

Voodoo~ After looking at your pictures, I think I *NEED* a set of those SS 108's. I'm pricing tire and rim combo's.

I had the Bighorn's and really liked them, but wondering about the Swamplites. Was it long before they started wearing out and ripping lugs off?

Nevermind, In process of getting a set of the Horn's on the SS108's.

You wont go wrong with the horns.... I love 'em...
For mudding I got another set of the 589's..
I've never really been too fond of the swamplites... From the people I seen with them they seemed to puncture/slash way too easy in the trails...
Just my opinion though.. There are some diehard swamplite guys out there that would argue that point with me....
I love the 589's I got also, don't know if they will EVER wear out.... LOL

I was really trying to hold off on tires and rims. That worked real good. Slap Voices in my head->Get Tires, Get Tires, You *Need* tires... ROFL

I was over at Rocky Mtn, and at ATV Outfitters. Matt beat 'em by a lot. Same tires and rims. Did anyone price tires at Dennis Kirk lately??? It's a wonder that place is still in business.
