I know this is short notice but, I am going to change my front pads tonight. The little woman has plans for tonight, leaves me with some free/quad time. Any special tools needed to do this job? Any insight? I'll check this when I get home. Thanks in advance.

I have never seen the brakes on an Outty, but I would suspect they are like most I've seen, pretty straight forward with normal tools like wrenches and allen wrenches.

I'm assuming metric tools? I only have standard allens.

They're done. Don't use a T-40 with a hollow tip. It'll twist right off. Once I got a solid one, the caliper came right off.
