Took this from Gorilla axle forum.
Highlifter and Yamaha have teamed up, and now this.

CanAm and Gorilla Axle Inc. announced its formation of a factory sponsored Mud Racing Team on a cold New Years Eve at MudCreek Offroad Park in Jacksonville, Tx. Dennis Boyd, the Southern Rep for CanAm announced the Race Team at The Gorilla Yasky Ride where more than 2,000 riders came to compete, ride and enjoy the nastiest mud that Texas has to offer. Boyd mentioned this is a huge industry step that will only benefit riders, consumers and the aftermarket for the future. Yamaha was acknowledged for its venture in August for forming a Factory race team with Team Highlifter.

During the Tejas Motorsports Mudda Cross Event Brandon Broussard, Marketing Director for Gorilla Axle announced the names of the riders for Team Gorilla powered by CanAm.

Greg McMullen CanAm Outlander 800
John Cannon CanAm Outlander 800
Jason Shanas CanAm Outlander 800 Max
Casey Beach CanAm Outlander 800
Josh Richardson CanAm Outlander 500
Brandon Broussard CanAm Outlander 800 Max

Look for CanAm, Gorilla Axle and these Pro Riders to continue to take this sport to the professional level it belongs.

That will be two teams hard to beat. Yamaha and HL, then CanAm and Gorilla. I don't know who to place my money on.

They will be real tough. I can't wait until Gorilla releases that lift kit to the public. I would bet good money they are going to turn some heads!

Hey "shake and bake" I crossed a mud puddle once, sucker was at least 8 inches deep. I'll need a lift kit before doing that again!

I'm bitterly disappointed. I was interviewed to be part of that racing team. Oh well, maybe they decided to go you young bucks instead of old duffers !! Big Grin

The project sounds like it will be fun to watch. Now maybe we can have a reality channel on Bombs that go thru mud, Bomb riders that ride in the nude and Bomb riders that ride suzy side-saddle !! Big Grin Don't have near enough "reality" on my tv now!
